Location & Surroundings
The bus stop with frequent connections to all mountain railway stations in the Saas Valley is right next to the Apartments Saasunia. A public children’s playground is available near our house.
Various shopping facilities and restaurants are within a short walking distance. Numerous activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking or mountain biking can be enjoyed in the surrounding area.

- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge and payments made will be refunded.
- 30 – 0 days before arrival 100% of the rental price will be charged. *
*If the apartment can be rented to another party, the tenant will not incur any costs. Payments already made will be refunded at the end of the booked holiday period.
The landlords live in the same building and will look after you personally. The easiest way to reach us is by mobile phone on +41 79 456 36 92.
Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment by 9.30 at the latest.

We are happy to provide our guests with a cot and high chair free of charge on request (please specify upon booking). Children’s games and board games are available in every apartment.
Various shops (Coop and Denner) and restaurants are within a short walking distance.
Brochures and maps of the region are available in every holiday apartment.
The final invoice is issued the day before departure. Please note that we do not accept credit or debit cards. The bill can be paid either in cash or via TWINT.
Please note that pets are not allowed in our apartments.

If you are travelling by public transport, we will be happy to pick up you from the Saas-Grund Post bus stop on request.
You can dispose of recyclable materials (glass/paper/PET bottles/cans) in the appropriate boxes in the basement. All other materials should go into the trash bin. This is collected directly from the corner of our house on Tuesdays and Fridays. Additional trash bags can be purchased in the Coop and Denner grocery shops.
In the basement of the house there is a ski room which can be used by our guests.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. These can be used on request and for a fee.
